This portable manual sharpener is compact and easy to use. The manual sharpener features carbide plates which restore and bring an edge back from dull. The self-adjusting angle provides a 15-degree bevel on each side of the blade and the silicone padded base holds it firmly in place while sharpening. It is quick and easy to use, allowing anyone to sharpen kitchen knives or pocket knives with one simple, easy-to-master motion.
