This is a unique variety originally from Northern Spain that is well adapted to a high-density production system. This is a typical Arbosana that is a medium intensity oil with a lot of different flavors. It tastes very fresh, and crisp with some green apple, herbal, cinnamon and mint characteristics along with some ripe apple, and buttery flavor too.
It has low bitterness and strong pungency that is well balanced with the fruitiness.

- Perfect addition for roasted vegetables like eggplant, carrots and cauliflower.
