Purple: Purple beldi olives are carefully hand picked at peak ripeness and naturally cured in water and sea salt. With purple to red skin and a deliciously tender and juicy texture, they yield a flesh that easily separates from the pit.
Traditionally used in tagines and salads in Morocco, they are also a fantastic choice as table olives or paired with your favorite dish. These olives faithfully reflect Morocco’s unique culinary history.
Dry Cured Black: Our dry-cured black beldi olives are prepared the way they have been for centuries - carefully hand picked at peak ripeness, naturally cured in sea salt and then lightly coated with olive oil.
In Morocco these deliciously rich olives are served in salads, drizzled with olive oil or mixed with harissa and enjoyed as a snack.

We do not accept returns on oils, vinegars, or food products.
Oil & Vinegar bottles cannot be in extreme temperatures.
(i.e. left in a cold or hot car for extended periods of time)
Exchange or store credit on unopened food items within 14 days with receipt only.
