A fruit preserve and jam are the same product, just with a different name. However it's called, it is made with the whole fruit: skin, flesh, and seeds.
R.E. Kimball's Beach Plum Jam is made with plums from a family farm in New Jersey. Bake with it, spread it on toast and butter. A wonderful summertime fruit.
For 70 years, R.E. Kimball has crafted jams and preserves, pepper jellies, chutneys, marmalades and relishes using simple, real food ingredients in small batch production.
